Mediawyn ("we", "us") operates mediawyn.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, your area of interest and your message. When you browse the site, our analytics provider collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type and referring site. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use contact-form information to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We use analytics data to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you on other sites.
Who we share it with
Contact-form submissions pass through our form-delivery provider on the way to our inbox. Usage data is processed by our analytics provider. Both act on our instructions and keep the data only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies or local storage needed for analytics. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we are in a conversation or working relationship with you, and up to two years afterwards. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mediawyn.com and we will respond within 30 days. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising; we do neither.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
